Dear Customers,
Each month, InsideSales.comâ„¢ runs a scheduled system update, typically between midnight and 4:00 AM Mountain Time. For December, the rollout will take place on Wednesday, December 17th between the regularly scheduled hours.
System updates contain stability upgrades, bug fixes, and feature enhancements to improve system performance and functionality. Users on the system during the hours of a scheduled update may experience system slowdown, errors, or other system anomalies until the update is complete.
Each month we will be sending a full listing of key items included in each rollout. Due to the nature of our quality assurance and testing process, there may be a few instances where a specific update or enhancement does not make it on to the scheduled system rollout. In these cases, the updated code will be added later incrementally, or will be included in the next month's update.
Though we will make reasonable attempts to notify users, administrators, and management teams prior to a scheduled rollout, be aware that not all changes may be documented or notifications sent until after the update.
Enhancements to the system for this month's rollout include:
- Added the ability to relate leads to other leads by the related to field
- Added the ability to move the leads in a JabberDog that haven't been called into a new JabberDog.
- Add the "External ID" and "Salesforce Owner" fields to the Lead Import Mapping Tool in InsideSales.com.
- Added the ability to manually sort the callback list from the admin tab by agent, date, or any other column displayed on the callback page.
Bug fixes for this month's rollout include:
- "Attach File" not automatically relating the attachment to the Deal
A complete list of updates has been emailed to all of our existing customers.
