For additional reports that will be helpful you can also use this. The report tool provides valuable information about your organization and your reps. You will be able to see total dials, talk time, productivity reports and much more. Follow the example of the URL address listed below.

This is a good tool and I have a couple of ideas to improve it.
Under the reports tool "Administrative" tab "Employee Talk Time" and "Employee dials"reports do not allow you to track figures from the weekend.
It would be helpful to have the ability to see SATURDAY and SUNDAY. You can extrapolate some of the information under reports 'tab' but it's time consuming and incomplete.
