Quality, clear, and direct voice message

When creating a voice message, the more clearer, direct, and optimistic the quality of the voice is, the higher the percentage of returned calls. Our company tested this out many times. We would have several reps record a decent message and then others record a pumped up, supercharged, and over-excited message about our product, and guess which group received the most call backs? Yup. You got it.
