1. Find the GSM file you want to convert and download it to your PC, using the InsideSales Admin tool.

2. Use a freeware tool, Audacity, to do the file conversion. Get Audacity here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

3. Use these import settings in Audacity:
a. Menu item: Project / Import raw Data
b. Browse to select the GSM file you want to convert.
c. Import Settings: GSM 6.10, Little-endian, 1 Channel (Mono), 44100Hz
d. Change the settings for the recording by selecting the dropdown arrow to the left of the sound track itself.
i. Set Sample Format = 16-bit, Set Rate = 8000

4. After doing the conversion, you can now listen to the recording in Audacity.

5. Under the File menu, Export As WAV file or Export As MP3 as desired.
