How to make the caller id display the agent / user's phone number.

If you are using dialer initiatives to call, you can edit the first page of the dialer initiative and select the checkbox that says "Use agent station as caller id". This will use the agent's station phone number as the caller id when they dial from the initiative.

To edit the dialer initiative and change the caller id:

1. Click on the Admin tab
2. Click on Dialer Initiatives under the Tools section
3. Click Edit under Actions for the dialer initiative
4. Select the checkbox that says "Use agent station as caller id"
5. Click Finish
