I'm not receiving calls even though I logged in and available?
If you are using the agent dialer login (Just inbound calls);
1. Click the "Change Initiative" button
2. Click the "Refresh" button
3. Reselect your ACDs
4. Click "Available"
Using the Blend (Inbound and Outbound) or just outbound;
1.Click the "Logout" link
2. Close the Dialer Screen
3. Clear your internet cookies, cache, and browsing History
4. Shut down Internet Explorer
5. Restart Internet Explorer
6. Log Back into the Dialer
