How do I add options to custom (Additional) Single and Multi Select Drop-downs?

To add options to custom drop down menus follow these steps:

1. First go to the Administrative (Admin) tab. From there, click "Manage Fields and Labels."
2. Now select the type of custom drop-down you wish to edit. Assuming it's a drop down for leads or accounts, click "Lead/Account Fields."
3. Towards the bottom of the new page there will be a section called "Additional Fields." Find your custom drop down in this section.
4. Click the "edit" link under the "Options" column. A new window will pop up.
5. Click the plus symbol to add new options. Click the pencil symbol to edit existing options. Use the two arrows to make options active or disabled.
6. Once you have the options you want, click save.
7. Save again on the page with the list of custom fields.

You will now have the added options for that custom drop-down.
