How to add an option to an existing system dropdown field.
To add a new option to a standard system field like Lead Status, Lead Source, Deal Stage, etc...
1. Click on the Admin tab
2. Click on Manage Dropdowns under Site Settings
3. Click on the name of the drop down field you want to edit
4. Click the + button in the middle to add a new option (a new window will pop up)
5. Enter the name of the new option and click Save (new window will close)
6. If new option is in Disabled column, highlight the new status by clicking on it and then click the left arrow button to ensure that it is Active.
7. Click Save
