Most of the issues you experience with the new Files tab and the betta Report engine can be fixed by clearing the browser cahce and restarting Internet Explorer. If those steps don't resolve the problem there may be something wrong with your installation of Flash.

Adobe reccommends the following procedure to fix Adobe Flash installations.

1. Follow the steps on this page to uninstall Adobe Flash.

3. Go to the Adobe page to reinstall Flash
