Allow "Single Email" Calls refers to calls that can be triggered through an ACD or IVR when recipients open their emails.

When emails are sent out from InsideSales, a little one pixel image is imbedded into the email. If someone opens the email and chooses to load the images, it sends a signal back to InsideSales that they've opened the email. This signal can trigger a phone call if set up correctly.

It was originally built for mass emails but this function allows it to work with "Single Emails" also. Hence the Allow "Single Email" Calls function.
