What is a point value for lead statuses?

Point values can be assigned to different lead statuses to keep track of the importance of each of the lead statuses and eventually how well the employees are at moving leads through the stages.

For example, you may assign 5 points to a "Contacted" lead status, 10 points to an "Appointment" and 20 points to a "Sale".

The system then tracks how many points your employees have earned as they update records to the different lead statuses.
