Jabberdog (Voice Broadcast) for Lead Gen
Using a Voice Broadcaster (our Jabberdog) as a Lead Generation tool is very much less effective. The results are very small. The results are particularly bad when using this tool for Mortgage Lead Generation. With the message not being personal, being played by a machine and the customer probably not wanting the offer, there is little incentive for the customer to remain on the phone. So most people if they do hear the message will simply hang up the phone.
Response Rate for Jabberdog will be in this Range:

Automated Calls to leads: 1,000
Leads that are interested and Press 1: .5% to 1.5% so 5 to 15 people
Of those people you have a 10% close rate so you would be looking at a .5 to 1.5 number of sales out of making 1,000 calls.
There a good number of variables that will change affect the response rate:
Type of List - Cold, Warm, Hot leads
Offer - What you are offering the customers
Recording - How your message is recorded, male/female voice, length etc.
Time of Day - When am I going to start calling leads on this list?
Lastly; this method should not be the only way you generate interested leads to purchase your product/services.
