I cannot get my ACD dialer to work is just sits there at (Please select an initiative). At the bottom it says (initialing user data...please wait)

I'm in the same boat

Any news on a resolution to this? I was on IE7, newest flash, newest java, all scripting and active x enabled. I put the site in the trusted sites and even lowered the security to LOW. Oddly enough, works great on Safari in Mac...

****UPDATE***
Removed workstation from windows domain. GPO's no longer apply. System works. Any thoughts out there as to what GPO might get in the way?

What version is your browser?

What version is your browser? You can check the version by clicking Help and then clicking About Internet Explorer while inside IE. This issue seems to be happening with IE6 and IE8. If you don't have IE7 I suggest upgrading or downgrading.
