Clearing the Temporary Internet Files and cookies
Most of the problems we encounter in the system can be solved by clearing your browser's temporary internet files. Below is a step by step for Internet Explorer 7.
1. From the Tools menu in Internet Explorer select the "Internet Options" item.
2. Click on the delete button in the General tab.
3. Click on the "Delete files..." button and the "Delete cookies..."

4. Click okay on both open windows.
5. Close ALL open browser windows.
6. Reopen Internet Explorer and log back into InsideSales.
