Upgrading your version of Adobe Flash
A lot of the problems experienced with the Inbound dialer, Files tab, and Dialer Manager Console can be resolved by upgrading the version of Adobe Flash that is installed on the system.
1) Download the new version of Flash at:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Uncheck the box for the Google Toolbar if you do not want to install this additional piece of software.
2) Close all open browser windows.
3) Reopen the browser and try to access the the page giving you trouble. If the the page is still not operating as it should try clearing the temporary internet files and cookies in the browser and contact InsideSales Customer Support team.
