Dialer

The dialer is one of InsideSales.com’s signature power tools. Doubling or tripling the number of calls made—and by association, the number of contacts—pays huge dividends to sales organizations. The power dialer provides users the ability to make more phone calls by cutting out the mundane tasks—dialing numbers by hand, waiting constantly to leave voice messages, updating notes for calls, and so forth—while providing managers and administrators useful metrics such as the number of phone calls made, messages left, and talk time for agents.

The power dialer can be accessed both directly from the InsideSales CRM, as well as from an external interface that is specific to the dialer application. All work done in the dialer interface will directly link to the data in the CRM. Some users access the dialer straight from the CRM using the click-to-call feature, some manage all of their activity strictly through the dialer interface, some use a combination of both depending on their role.
