How to Start a Basic Jabberdog

JabberDog does not have a specific site area, or tool set link in the Administrative tab. It is integrated directly to the core of the system, meaning that any group of records--Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Cases--can be selected, then immediately targeted for a voice broadcast.

The simplest way to start a JabberDog is to use the Advanced Search tools as described in the Site Basics area of the Help Guide. Once the search is set, and your list is compiled, you'll highlight the items you wish to broadcast to by check marking them.

After check marking your items, scroll to the bottom of the list page and click the action button to Start JabberDog.
