Toolbox Settings
Tool boxes are the quick shortcut links that appear in various areas of the system when navigating, for example, when looking at a lead record you may see toolbox shortcuts to the calendar and to add a new task/event. The Toolbox Settings control which tools appear for the user, and some basic appearance parameters about them. This is a non-essential system feature, but can be useful if the user wants to adjust the actions available in the tool bars.
The toolbars can be put on the right or left of the screen, and can be set to always appear, or can be set to auto-toggle when moused over.
The Toolboxes
- The Actions toolbar contains the quick links to add new record content to the system (Add New Lead, Add New Deal, etc.)
- The Month View toolbar shows the monthly calendar, with quick actions to look at a particular calendar day.
- The Tic Sheet Update places a button link for users who manually dial numbers to tally their call attempts.
- Tic Window shows the tallied dialer numbers for up to the last 48 hours (dials, emails, messages, agent time and client time).
- Tasks places a running list of open tasks as a tool bar.
- Events is similar to Tasks, only with Events
- The Follow-up Activity toolbar puts a quick link to immediately attach a task or event to a record from anywhere within the system.
- Manual Dial is a 10-key phone pad toolbar for auto-dialer users to quickly hand dial any phone number.
