Dialer Initiatives
Dialer initiatives are one of the key components of the entire InsideSales.com dialing system. For both the standard outbound power dialer and the ratio / predictive dialer modules, the dialer initiative controls which Leads are being targeted, how often the calls will be sent to the queue, the controls that are available on the agent call screen, which Lead layout will be used, and more.
Dialer initiatives provide the ability to make calling campaigns in large degree self-managing, as each initiative can be programmed to include or exclude Leads from the dialer queue based on the time zone the lead resides in, how many times it has been dialed, the current status disposition, and more.
