Case Submission Forms
The Case Submission Form enables you to generate a default HTML template so customers can submit cases to your agents. Cases can be anything customer service related ranging from customer feedback to technical support.
Start by going to the Administrative Tab and clicking Case Submission Form under Manage Web Forms.
- Redirect Address - The redirect address field is the URL that your customers will be redirected to after they submit a new case. They must use the full URL address ie: http://www.insidesales.com
- Email Template - The email template form is the template that the system will send once a case is submitted. If you do not want to send out an email when someone signs up, leave this as [SELECT].
After updating each field you must click the update button to the right of the field to update the HTML below.
Once you have updated the fields click the Select All button to select the HTML code for your new field. Then copy and paste the HTML into your webpage.
