Making a Web Form to Generate Lead Sources

The Lead Submission Form Page will generate the HTML for a basic form for people to fill out on your webpage.

Start by going to the Administrative Tab and clicking Lead Submission Form under Manage Web Forms.

    1. Redirect Address - The redirect address field is the URL that your customers will be redirected to after they submit the form. They must use the full URL address ie: http://www.insidesales.com
    2. Email Template - The email template form is the template that the system will send after they submit their information. If you do not want to send out an email when someone signs up, leave this as [SELECT].
    3. Owner - The owner field sets the owner of the new lead when they submit. If you do not wish to assign an owner to the lead change this field to [SELECT].
    4. Campaign - The campaign field selects the campaign that the new lead will be assigned to when it is created. If you wish for it not to be assigned to a campaign leave this as [SELECT].

After updating each field you must click the update button to the right of the field to update the HTML below.

Once you have updated the fields click the Select All button to select the HTML code for your new field. Then copy and paste the HTML into your webpage.
