Saved Search Export
The saved search export tool is fast and easy way to do a batch export of data that will need to be done regularly. The tool uses one of your pre-existing data list saved searches, and automatically creates a CSV spreadsheet as part of a .zip file that will upload into your Files tab the next morning.
The typical use for this tool is for administrators who do list exports on a regularly recurring basis. The beauty of the tool is that as long as the saved search is created correctly, the data output will be completely consistent each and every time.
To use the tool:
• Create a saved search from any record tab.
• Select the search to export from the tool
• Click Schedule Export
• The exported data will compiled into a CSV spreadsheet and compressed into a .ZIP file. The .ZIP file will automatically upload to your system’s Files tab at Midnight Mountain time.

The Saved Search Export has a limit of 5,000 records, just like the search itself.
