Enhance the current Custom Contact Field to have the option of including the contacts Address information in addition to the currently included contact information, i.e. Phone, email, Name.
How great would it be if there was a report that showed each agent and the distribution of their dial attempts on leads? For example, let's say that John and Jane were dialing today.
Right now you can use Response Loop for Leads, Deals, and Contacts. I want to be able to use Response for Prospects/Accounts without having to attach another separate record, such as a Case or Deal.
Allow the caller ID to display the phone number of that rep that owns that lead. Currently, caller ID's can be set to agent station number or a general phone number.
I think the system needs an option to lock down a field so that agents can only add to this notes field and cannot delete it. So there are continuous notes being added to an account.
