Right now you can use Response Loop for Leads, Deals, and Contacts. I want to be able to use Response for Prospects/Accounts without having to attach another separate record, such as a Case or Deal.

when you have more than one contact in a deal, you have to leave the deal to find the contact information in the Prospect.

The dialer initiatives list should be alphabetized for easier display and locating of desired initiatives.

When a lead shows up or doesn't show up in a Dialer Initiative, there should be a way to have the system compare the lead to the initiative and show which queries and filters the lead doesn't match.
