Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

Show 'created by' and 'date created' in manage lists
When pulling up the list of dialer initiatives using the 'manage lists' button in salesforce, there should be two new columns that showed 'created by' and 'date created'.
Agents should Not be able to dial when they are UNAVAILABLE
Right now as long as agents are logged into the dialer, they can hit Place Call and make outbound calls.
Lead/Case Pop on Caller ID from other phone fields
It would be a great feature if on the inbound initiatives, the lead or case pop could be based upon other phone fields. Let me expand on this.
Automate Reports Engine to Send Automated Email
We are currently looking into making an automated system to send an email of your daily reports to an email distrobution list.
Coaching Tool
As a training tool, the Monitor and Record features are adequate. However, to have a 'coach' feature would be awesome!
Ability to add panels in between other panels
Adding panels under Manage Layout tab always puts the panels at the end of the last panel on the layout.
