Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

You can vote up ideas that you like and vote down ideas that you don't like (using the up and down arrows). You must be logged in to vote! The features that receive the highest ratings will regularly be implemented when we roll out new versions of the software.

Does Not Equal Ability in Searches

It would be a great feature under the searches for leads, cases, etc to be able to have a drop down for "does not contain", "contains", "between" for enhancing our searches.

Auto-populate deal source with lead / account source

When creating a new deal, you have to manually enter the source for that deal. This can errors in reporting when agents fail to enter the source or if they enter it incorrectly.

Record a phone call X number of seconds into that phone conversation.

I would like to request that we begin recording a phone call X number of seconds into the phone conversation.

Restrict permission to edit or delete email templates from users.

Currently users can edit and/or delete any email template that they have access to.

Add a button in dialer to view pending tasks/events.

Currently you can view completed tasks and events, notes, attachments, and even your entire calendar, but there is no way to view open tasks and events.

Add more info to callback report on View Callbacks page

Set a callback on an inbound call..

Have the ability to set a callback using the naviagation dialer button interface on the left side of the dialer initiative.

Dialer 2 week Callback option....

Can you add a two week time frame to the call back dropdown in the dialer?

Pending callbacks in the dialer

From the dialer I have to jump to the CRM or to settings to determine if a existing callback exists since you added the ability for multiple callbacks.
