Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

You can vote up ideas that you like and vote down ideas that you don't like (using the up and down arrows). You must be logged in to vote! The features that receive the highest ratings will regularly be implemented when we roll out new versions of the software.

bank of signatures for ELF e-mails

I suggest adding a 'template' for signatures or a way to access a bank of signatures in the e-mail manager.

Purge disabled options in a dropdown

Inadvertantly uploaded the wrong column into the county field. Was able to disable the incorrect information, but would like to delete it completely from system.

Lockdown of a field

I think the system needs an option to lock down a field so that agents can only add to this notes field and cannot delete it. So there are continous notes being added to an account.

Allow start page to be a saved search

I think it would be great to have the option to have the start page be a saved search so that when I login it will automatically take me to the saved search that I have saved that I look at everyday w

Better solutions for Apts within InsideSales.com

We need a system that allows us to shorten the cycle of generating appointments to the time the scheduled appointment being 3 days due to the paper trail system we currently use.

Event or Task Reminder Longer Than 1 Day

It would be nice to have a reminder for events tasks that reminded me of certain events or tasks prior to 1 day in advance.

Change lead status back to "SELECT" so agents don't see last disposition code

I think it would be beneficial if once a lead status is changed once, the next time it comes up to be called in the dialer, the agent sees "SELECT" in the lead status so they are forced to choose a ne

Separate the "View Callbacks" permission from the Administrator permission

Right now a user has to have the Administrator permission in order to view callbacks. But this also gives the user Company Settings and Site Setting permissions.

List of last 5 Dialer records edited

Create a field at the top of the Dialer page which allows users to view the last 5 Records they visited. Clicking on the Record Name should allow you to pull up the record in the Dialer.

Ability to view all pending callbacks.

Currently you can only view callbacks that are less than 30 days out. It would be beneficial to be able to view all callbacks.
