Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

You can vote up ideas that you like and vote down ideas that you don't like (using the up and down arrows). You must be logged in to vote! The features that receive the highest ratings will regularly be implemented when we roll out new versions of the software.

If you have an idea that you think would make this system great, use the "Submit an Idea" link in the Main Menu bar to the left and fill out the form. Upon review your suggestion will be placed on this page and users will be able to start voting on your idea.

Ability to mass update callbacks.

Currently there is no way to update more than one callback at a time. It would prove very useful to have the ablity to mass update callbacks.

Ability to sort callbacks.

Currently you can sort callbacks by clicking on the column header but it is not permanent. Every time the screen refreshes the order is lost.

Enhance Lead Routing

The lead routing system should be enhanced to accomodate the following features:

View Pending Callbacks - need ability to sort columns of information

Currently you cannot sort all the pending callbacks. It would be more efficient to be able to sort by name, date, etc.

Callbacks need pop-up reminders

If you are not in the dialer, it would be nice to get a pop up reminder for your callbacks.

Allow to search for duplicates among all records when using Mass Merge feature.

Problem: Currently you can only search for duplicates among 5,000 records at a time when using the new Mass Merge feature in the Mass Update dropdowns.

Add the company name to event/task list in calendar.

Right now, the calendar only displays the first and last name fields for the records that the tasks and events are related to. It would be very helpful to include the company name also.

Make your software compatible with other browsers besides Internet Explorer

It would be very useful if your software was also compatible with Firefox and Safari.

Ability to edit and save file attachments.

Currently, in order to make changes to a file that is attached to a record, you must open the attached file, edit it, save it to your computer, then reattach the new file to the record and delete the
