Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

You can vote up ideas that you like and vote down ideas that you don't like (using the up and down arrows). You must be logged in to vote! The features that receive the highest ratings will regularly be implemented when we roll out new versions of the software.

If you have an idea that you think would make this system great, use the "Submit an Idea" link in the Main Menu bar to the left and fill out the form. Upon review your suggestion will be placed on this page and users will be able to start voting on your idea.

Add filter for Email Opt Outs

Currently there is no way to filter by the Email Opt Out field. You can sort by it but you cannot filter by it.

Live Instant Message Chat with Support

I think the Support Department should have a live chat application within their support link. I think it would be helpful for both customers and for InsideSales.com.

Previous Button in Dialer

Sometimes when I'm dialing, I'd like to look back at some of the people that I have called to either remind them of something or ensure that I sent them information.

History of Call-Backs

Wouldn't it be great to have a history of all the callbacks your agents have made? For example, you could see a list of all the callbacks for the last week or last month.

Make "Sort By" field more prominent

The "Sort By" field in the advanced search section is hidden amongst all the other search criteria. For new users, it would help if it were more visible.

Refresh Initiative Button

I'd like to see a button within the campaign manager that will refresh the initiative queries so that new leads show up immediately.

Ability to manually link leads together.

If leads are not linked before they are converted to an account, some contacts get left behind.

Categories for Voice Messages

Enhance the InsideSales.com System to allow grouping of voice messages. If there were no categories, there would be no noticeable difference.

Alphabetize Custom Fields on Import Field Mapping Screen

It is difficult to find the custom fields when you are importing new leads because none of them are in alpabetical order. Please alphabetize them.

Make Custom Description Fields Importable

Right now you cannot import into a custom description (notes) field. Often data from other databases have two or more notes fields that would be nice to import seperately.
