Welcome to the new ideas section of the InsideSales.com Community. Here you will find suggestions for enhancements to the system that have been submitted by both actual users of the system and employees of InsidSales.com.

You can vote up ideas that you like and vote down ideas that you don't like (using the up and down arrows). You must be logged in to vote! The features that receive the highest ratings will regularly be implemented when we roll out new versions of the software.

A button to Skip Scheduled Callbacks in Dialer

I would like to be able to skip past Scheduled Callbacks in the dialer without it deleting the callback.

Import leads from LinkedIn

I would like the ability to import my contacts in LinkedIn.com directly into InsideSales.com

Update lead import

It would be very usefull to have the ability to update lead information in mass by uploading a csv with the lead id and be able to update lead information from the csv file

Add a Mail Merge Function

It would be great to add a mail merge function so that you could load a contact or a list of contacts and use merge fields to populate the contact's information into letters, labels, and cards.

Caller ID Enhancement

It would be nice to have the ability to have certain caller Id numbers that I own to be assigned to specific states.

Update Timezone coding

It would be nice to have the system recognize area codes in AZ as being on MDT / MST.

Importing leads into multiple Campaigns at the same time.

When importing leads through the admin tab (Lead Import) and within step 3 of the import process there is not a spot where importee can import leads into a campaign.

Organization of ResponseLoop Campaigns

When managing the ResponseLoop campaigns, currently the system sorts the campaigns by placing the most recently created campaign on the bottom of the drop down.

Search Range for Numeric Custom Fields

When a custom field is created and marked searchable for any of the various numeric data types (currency, integer, number, real #) you can only search for these fields with an exact value.

Mass Update Due Date of Tasks

Allow the ability to Update the Due Date of a single or multiple Tasks on the fly.
