History of Call-Backs
Wouldn't it be great to have a history of all the callbacks your agents have made? For example, you could see a list of all the callbacks for the last week or last month. I don't think it would be necessary to go back further than 30 days, but I think it would be helpful to view the callbacks that were made and if they were called by the agents on the appointed time or not. Just a thought!
