Sorting in the Calendar

The Calendar list is the most useful feature for me in your software. I am
there most of my day.
It's hard to use your system because of luck of certain features:

1. When leave Calendar page and come back sort of the page doesn't stay. I
waste so much time re-sorting it all the time.

2. I need a Company Name in the Calendar list - it's hard to remember who
is who there by names only. So every time I need to go to the record and come
back AND RE-SORT it again.
