Add the ability to categorize Dialer Initiative profiles into an organization of groups, and build reports based off Dialer Initiative categories.

This function has already been implemented.

You can now create dialer initiative categories in the Manage Dropdowns section from the Admin tab.

Does not appear to work

I just did this under manage drop downs and added in two categories then saved.

I go back to my dialer initiatives and the only category showing is the default one which says "no category"

Am I missing something obvious here?

You need to assign a dialer

You need to assign a dialer initiative to the category before it will actually show up.
