Randomize Dialer

With the Sort have a selection where you can Randomize the dialer attempts when a sales rep calles in the dialer.

For example I don't want to call all my new stuff at the beginning of the day. So throughout the day I want to call records that have (Zero) dial attempts, but I don't want to call them in order.

So the sort would be to randomize the dail attempts between a set of values that I select. For example for leads with dialer attempts from 0 to 10, randomize that list.

The reason for this enchancement would be I only get to dial 50 new leads per day (Zero) dial attempts, so I don't want to call all those new leads at the beginning of the day. I want to call these leads throughout the day, making sure I call all my 50 new leads throughout the day to get better contact rates.
