Enhance Lead Routing

The lead routing system should be enhanced to accomodate the following features:

  1. The ability to only route leads to users if they are logged in to the dialer.
  2. The ability to route more leads to users that are not ony logged in, but also dialing leads. The system should detect who is working the hardest and
    reward them.
  3. If a user closes a lead, it should route them 2 or three more new leads as a reward.

With the addition of these features it would create an incentive program for reps in the system to be more effective in their work in order to get more leads and increased sales.
