Record a phone call X number of seconds into that phone conversation.

I would like to request that we begin recording a phone call X number of seconds into the phone conversation. So instead of recording all phone calls, only phone conversations after 30 seconds would be recorded. One that would reduce the number of open ports needed to record that phone call and this would reduce the amount of storage in the system as well.

This would also only record the calls that are actual conversation instead of the diales being made.
