Create ResponsePop Integration with Salesforce.com. This includes four steps:

"BACK" Button in the Dialer

In the Power Dialer I would like an additional button that says "back".

Right now JabberDog Dials are not shown in the dial tic sheet for the lead.

Mass Download Call Recordings

With call recording all recorded calls get placed in the Files tab. With the recording being placed in a wav format, only a few records take up alot of space.

Add the ability to categorize Dialer Initiative profiles into an organization of groups, and build reports based off Dialer Initiative categories.

Ownership change with Lead Status

Automatically change the owner based on a change in lead status. If user A owns a lead and user B changes the lead status to a specified status, the owner will be changed to user B.

Randomize Dialer

With the Sort have a selection where you can Randomize the dialer attempts when a sales rep calles in the dialer.

Add shortcut links to Dialer for common callback times

A huge help would be to on the dialer interface, have one or more shortcut links for specific callback times.
For example, 'call back in 1 hr, 'call back tomorrow'

Dialer Action Notifications

When you use features of the dialer, such as leaving a voicemail, you receive a notification that the action was completed.

Caller ID Enhancement

It would be nice to have the ability to have certain caller Id numbers that I own to be assigned to specific states.

A button to Skip Scheduled Callbacks in Dialer

I would like to be able to skip past Scheduled Callbacks in the dialer without it deleting the callback.

Refresh Initiative Button

I'd like to see a button within the campaign manager that will refresh the initiative queries so that new leads show up immediately.

Previous Button in Dialer

Sometimes when I'm dialing, I'd like to look back at some of the people that I have called to either remind them of something or ensure that I sent them information.
