Add more info to callback report on View Callbacks page

A client wrote:

It would be helpful to have additional information listed on the 'View Callbacks' page. We were thinking 'campaign','lead
status','assigned to','date (lead was) created','date last modified'. If there was an admin setting where we could select which columns to display that would help as well.

It would also be helpful if the 'sort' stayed after a lead is edited or deleted. It is not time efficient to have to keep sorting the list for every look up.
