Agent Count on Dial Attemps
How great would it be if there was a report that showed each agent and the distribution of their dial attempts on leads? For example, let's say that John and Jane were dialing today. John made 300 dial attempts and Jane made 400 dial attempts. It would be great to konw that John called leads with a dial count of '0' 75 times, and then leads with a dial count of '1' 50 times, and then leads with a dial count of '2' 45 times, and so forth. That way admins could see where their agents are spending most of their time and if they are getting any sales out of those 50 '0' dial count leads. Then I could see if my agents are closing deals on new leads or not.
