Add to the Dialer Usage Report the ability to see how many minutes I've used with Jabberdog.

Saved Searches in Reports should be Context Sensitive

Saved searches that are saved under a specific report, stay defined under saved search listing only to that specific report it was created from. Example, you are saving a search under summary hours report, you save a search specifically for your own hours. When you leave, that report into another report or another search on a different page the saved search you created under summary hours report is not listed in any other pages saved search, except for the report it was created for.

Track Logout Events

Add the ability to track when users logout of the system. This will provide administrator a greater ability to track what their users of the system are doing.

Agent Count on Dial Attemps

How great would it be if there was a report that showed each agent and the distribution of their dial attempts on leads? For example, let's say that John and Jane were dialing today.

Track Notes On Activity Report

Currently you can track user activity on accounts, leads, contacts, deals, cases, events, and tasks. Possible usage for tracking note modifications, additions, and deletion.

Under the reports tool "Administrative" tab "Employee Talk Time" report:

Automate Reports Engine to Send Automated Email

We are currently looking into making an automated system to send an email of your daily reports to an email distrobution list.

It would be beneficial to multiple departments and most likely many businesses to have a simple recurring task reminder feature.
