Coaching Tool

As a training tool, the Monitor and Record features are adequate. However, to have a 'coach' feature would be awesome! The Coach tool would allow the trainer to feed lines to the telemarketer (unknown to the prospect). The trainer is the little voice like a ventriloquist and his/her puppet!

In addition to the Record and Monitor links on the Monitor Tab, a Coach option would allow the trainer to flip from Monitor to Coach and feed the appropriate response or line that will push the agent toward a successful outcome on the call.

Our old dialer had this feature and it was priceless especially for the newer agents who were just learning how to sell in our market. It also builds confidence instead of them not knowing how to handle the call, a more experienced staff member is holding their hand and walking them through the call.
