'Mass Merge' Capability for Leads, Contacts, as well as Prospects

In addition to the Mass Update and Mass Delete we should have Mass Merge, which is the ability to merge leads to leads, contacts to contacts, and accounts to accounts.

This is key because every day there are duplicates in each of these areas with important notes, fields, activities, emails, deals, and contact information that should be consolidated into one account without loosing all the information or having it spread out. It should append the notes information from the secondary to the primary field. When there is a field with data in it that is in the secondary record, it should flow into the primary record. Ig there is data i both, it would be really cool if it could flow into a new field for historical, or also append into the notes field with a little not that says, "merged data" or something. This capability would be key to keeping a clean database.
