How do I add a default e-mail to an initiative?

To add a default email to an initative:

1. Go to the Admin tab
2. Click on Dialer Initatives
3. Click on Edit under Actions next to the initative you want to add a default email to
4. From the Default Email drop-down, select the email you want to use
5. Click Finish
