What can I do about callbacks appearing to people on different initiatives?

Within the dialer initiative you can select if you want another only on the dialer to take the callbacks or only those who are attendees of that dialer initiative. To change this you just need to edit the initiative, once you do you will see a checkbox labeled "Limit Callbacks To Attendees:". If you check that box only those invited to that initiative are allowed to take the callbacks.
