How do I use the Dialer Manager Console?
The Dialer Manager Console allows you to see in real time what status your employees are in, in the dialer. The Console also allows you to Monitor and Record the employees calls. (Recording and Monitoring ports required. Please see Account Executive for more details.)
1.Go to the “Admin” tab.
2.Locate the “Tools” section.
3.Click on the “Dialer Manager Console” hyperlink.
4.A new window will pop-up.
5.If you would like to search based on a Dialer Initiative select the initiative from the drop down box that is at the top of the page.
6.The Console is set to refresh every 15 seconds. However you can manually refresh it by clicking on the “Refresh” button.
7.To record a call you will want to select the record button that is next to the employee that you are wanting to record.
8.To monitor an employees call, you will want to select Monitor from the right side. The number that is in your personal information as your phone will be the number that the system will call for you to monitor the employee.
