How can I edit the default voice messages for a specific initiative for each employee?
You can only edit the initiative defaults for employees that report to you. This can be set in each employee's personal information.
1. From the Administrative tab go to “Voice Message Manager.”
2. The second button on the top row will be “Edit Initiative Defaults.” Click that button.
3. You will then see columns for each of the users that you have the rights to modify their default voice messages. Click “Edit” in the top right.
4. You will then be able to use the drop down menus to set the default voice messages for each user per dialer initiative.
5. To finish, click “Save” in the top right.
